I expected more of a calm relaxing atmosphere in their clinic because of the pictures on their website. Instead the clinic was just that, clinical. Alot like a doctors surgery. White, sterile and cold. They were friendly and helpful. They took me into the treatment room and asked me to undress in preparation for the therapy, which i found strange and made me feel nervous. They were young, but knowledgable. Did not spend much time talking about my issues and instead told me what was going to happen. They did this with very little eye contact or kindness. In general, they are meant to be kind and empathetic, this did not happen at this particular clinic. Though the treatment made me feel some relief, it was not what i was looking for.
