I've owned my '97 BMW E36 328i Alpine White sedan from new and have embarked on a project to restore it to an "as good as new" condition. Even thought I've kept the car in great condition (inside and out) a paint correction was necessary as I'm a stickler for perfection.

After extensive research I engaged Timeless Car Cleaning for the task. Richard knows his car cleaning tech and after 10 hrs of TLC produced results which were astonishing. The service from beginning to end is first class. Nice guy, excellent products, attention to detail, great care, great value for money. Will definitely use again.

The reason I decided to call Timeless car cleaning,to get my car interior detailed was my little one power spewed all through the back on the car. So this job was not for the faint hearted at all,not desirable in anyone's eye's! Richard had one look or should I say smell, and just said no problems, she will be good as new in no time! And let me say I was not disappointed it looks fantastic as well as smell like a new car!!! I was that happy he is coming back next week to do our other car!! :)

I would just like to publicly thank-you for the paint correction job you have recently completed on my Beamer. The car looks 100%; with 98% of the scratches gone! Richard did a pre-sale detail on my Honda Civic last week. I look after my cars and I thought it was pretty clean to start with. But after Richard had finished the job i realised just how much better it looked after the detail.
Unfortunately, after the peak hour traffic from the Gold Coast delayed his arrival, Richard was left with less time than he really needed to finish every detail (such as the wheel arches). I mentioned this and he said he would return at a convenient time and attend to this, free of charge. I believe he will do this and appreciate the offer. Once this is completed I will be happy to give 5 stars to quality and overall. I'll probably have him back to spruce up my new car in the near future and would recommend Timeless to anyone. Richard is committed to doing a really good job.
Additional comment 8.8.13: Circumstances didn't allow the return visit before the car was sold (see comment below) so I'm more than happy to bump these guys up to straight 5s. You couldn't do better than Timeless.

Ubelievable! Richard worked his magic, and i dont think my car has been this clean inside since the day i bought it! I have two dogs, and we generally go to the beach once a week. So my car (which hadnt been cleaned in what felt like a million years) was full of sand, dog hair and the odd mcdonalds chip. So to anyone that has dogs or enjoys the beach/mcdonalds Timeless Cleaning is really your ONLY option. Thanks guys so much and i will see you in a month :)
