From the back of a LivingSocial voucher, we proceeded to visit this place with no expectations. Upon arriving, it was quite hard to find. It's a little alley just near the junction and without signage, you'd never find it.
But it's tucked nicely away when you get in there, presents a quaint and cosy atmosphere. The tasting space is cramped, but they lead you through to a dining area that's situated within all the barrels. It's very charming, really.
We had a cheese platter and thought it would be like most other places. But to our surprise, they brought out a board with huge blocks of cheese. Well worth the price paid!

Wines are good, without that nasty tang or the sharp taste you get with many of the cheaper varietals.

Worth the effort to find this one.

The winery is producing some amazing wines of very high standard. The cellar door is friendly but there isn't much standing or sitting room. There is a big red couch to sit on if you're lucky, but its the only seat in the house. the winemaker was at the cellar door when we dropped by and is happy to chat with you and answer your questions.
