Recently started using theQ as a virtual call centre and we were very impressed with the service. They went above and beyond setting everything up for us, and we now have so many extra features which our existing phone system would not provide, or that we'd wanted but could not afford, all included free in the service. Things like call recording, detailed stats, remote agents etc.

We like the pay as you use style of service, it's a little different to what we're use to, paying a rate per call rather than a cost for a physical installation, but it means we only pay for what we use and we can grow it without upfront costs.
