I booked my car in for a minor service, including wheel alignment and a wash. I picked up my car on the same day, it had not been cleaned at all, driving it home I found the alignment had not been done, as my car was still drifting to one side. I don't know what kind of minor service was done, as I am no mechanic. I would definately not go back. The only positive was that the gentleman working at the front desk was lovely. I think I paid close to $300 for nothing.

This mechanics is super dooper clean and you don't have to go to all diffferent places to buy tyres, get a wheel alignment, brakes done etc, everything is done at the one place. I bought a voucher, they did a tune up full service even washed and vacuumed my car. Excellent service except for one thing. . .My dad changes the oil for me inbetween services, and uses a ryco oil filter and after i had my full service from these guys my dad noticed that the next time he changed the oil it was filthy and the same ryco oil filter was still on yet the workshop use a different brand! I phoned and asked them if they use ryco oil filters and they don't, they said not changing the oil must have been an oversite, but I am a bit suspicious whether they just thought they could get away with it. They didn't offer to change oil for me so have been reluctant to go back although everything else seemed okay.

I have a new car have had it for just over two years. My new car warranty is not void using these guys. After i found them (3rd service) I have continued to use them (3 services in total)

Communication during the service is great. and they send texts thru to confirm your appointment and when it is ready to be picked up.

Friendly staff. They will give you price + quality options if parts need to be replaced.
And the car gets a wash and clean after all the dirty jobs are done.

Price is very reasonable. I will continue to go back to these guys.

Forget about paying outrageous service prices these guys are reasonable and efficient and really do care about your car. Friendly staff and a very nice waiting lounge with good coffee if you want to wait. Next door to Bunnings.

Booked my car in for a long service. Communication during work was very good with telephone calls to let me know of progress. Staff friendly and polite. Invoice was clearly explained when I collected the car, which had also been cleaned. Would use again.
