1st time I used this business but was really impressed.
The guy was ultra nice and it looks like he did a great job on my boots and he even offered to fix them in a couple of hours because that was my only day in town.
That is what I call SERVICE!

Just got my shoes back after a month of waiting. A whole month of waiting, because [redacted] simply closed his stall and left a note on a door saying that he'll be back, maybe in 2-3 weeks. Asked him politely for a discount, and was told that he would give no discounts and if I don't like it, he doesn't mind loosing a client. Those weren't his exact words of course, I just filtered out some of the rude stuff. The guy is a sweetie.
Quality of repairs is okay, 3 out of 5 for glue stains and inaccuracies here and there.
Well, there are other shoe repairs in Townsville, one just opened in Stockland.

AMAZING!!! I will never take my shoes anywhere else! Good old fashioned service and skill. Proper tradesman skills and really honest quality workmanship. Truly fantastic! You really can't walk past these guys!

I used this service extensively when living in Townsville and working in the city for shoe repairs, mainly heel and sole replacements and a couple of buckle replacements.

It is a tiny store within a small group of shops coming off Flinders Mall. The owner was friendly and helpful, quality of work fantastic and timely, and prices very reasonable. He also was very honest about when I needed to bid farewell to my favourite pair of shoes that were beyond repair!

For those not in the Townsville area, this store also offers a postal service - you can post the shoes to him, he'll fix them and post them back - fantastic for me if I don't find anyone as good elsewhere!
