Rude guy. I just called and asked for a quote. Asking what services was on offer. And got a rude "what do u want" just remember. ...U want the business too so talk to people a bit more calmly than that. Its ok if the customer isnt an expert thats why they are seeking help!

We need to ask the questions. We do not expect you to be the expert but that requires a question and answer scenario. We are not a company who just provides services we think you need. Obviously, from time to time we do get the occasional call from people where a working relationship is impossible. What your comments fail to acknowledge is when you were given your quote you then hassled for a substantial discount. If not providing you with a substantial discount is considered rude - we encourage you to contact another supplier. We always aim to provide premium services for a fair price and do not need to apologise for that.
