Peter and Vanessa were both very helpful. We were referred to them by a friend and have used their service twice now to deal with rats in our roof. Peter was efficient, fast and thorough. This second time he came out to see us at short notice after two rats had died in the ceiling. Not a pleasant job! Peter came as soon as he could to remove them, even though it's the worst part of the job for him. Vanessa is lovely to speak with to make the booking, she organised the job at a very reasonable price, and Peter turned up on time - he was actually waiting for me when I came home! How many tradesmen can you say do that these days? Highly recommend them for any pest problems you may have.

It was a lucky day for me when Peter was recommended to me by my brother - services provided in the Dianella area were at all times highly professional, and personable. Peter has such a caring nature and genuinely interested in all that is relayed to him.
