When my kids first saw it they thought it was a bit small and didn't think they would have much fun, but they certainly did! The collection of seahorses is amazing and the kids spent ages watching them and so did I! They are fascinating creatures! The boys also enjoyed patting the baby Port Jackson shark and chatting with the staff, who were all really friendly and knowledgeable. The seahorse documentary was fantastic and although the puppet play was directed at much younger kids, my kids had a good laugh!

Went to the Seahorse factory a couple of weeks ago, was very small and quiet, only had a few other families in there at the time, the staff were lovely and very informative, let us pat a small port jackson shark and we were very impressed at the range of sea horses they had there. Also got to watch a seahorse documentary which was very informative also.

Approximate cost: $12.50

One of the best one hour visits I have ever done, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is a wonderful experience for young families, big kids and little kids have a wonderful time at the farm. You can get to see Seadragons as well and pat a Dog Shark Puppy, overall it is in my view Port Adelaide's best kept secret.

Approximate cost: $11
