Can sometime be a bit hard to find what your looking for but it's such a large store and it is enjoyable walking through it that you generally find other items of interest as you shop

sometimes staff not on the ball but always a great variety of goods. I usually always buy something that I didn't specifically go in to get. Catalogues are chocful of goodies and they have the stock...sometimes you get catalogues from places and when you go there it is sometimes not available or sold out even on the first day of sale

They have a huge range in this store. Staff are friendly and courteous and always willing to assist you when required. It is a large store so you can easily walk around even when there are big crowds.
