Although it's a bit pricey, this pet hotel is amazing and, even though he can't talk, I could tell my dog loved it and wants to go back

It is a great place for my dogs, the staff are caring and it is in a handy location.
The dogs have fun and are safe.

Although a bit expensive I know my pet is well looked after when staying at the pets hotel or in for doggy day care.

Professional and friendly- I can leave my puppy here with total peace of mind that she's happy and well looked after :) check in can sometimes be busy- so leave extra time if you're on your way somewhere

Our Poppy stayed there for 10 nights , they went out of there way to make sure Poppy's 1st stay away from home was as stress free as possible. Poppy is a rescue dog with quite a few issues, and they couldn't have been more loving, helpful in caring for her. The webcam was great and also being able to discuss things over emails concerning Poppy made it easy.

Whenever the family and I come to Victoria, we always check the dogs into the Pets Hotel. I believe the dogs have a great time on their hotel while we are on ours.

Why make your pets stay at home when they can be pampered on their own holiday away from home. Even though I miss my pets whilst i am away I know they are being well cared for in a great facility. The staff are always friendly and they really take the time to get to know your pet especially when you become a regular visitor

The team at Pet Hotel have been super and the Pet Hotel has been amazing for my dogs energy and reborn personality!
He gets excited waking in up in the morning knowing he's going for play time with other doggies and he's a happy chappy when daddy comes to get him in the afternoon.
I was very hesitant putting my old dog (charlie) into doggy day care at his age (17) and I shouldn't have been.
They manage his play/rest times with the same care as I would. There feedback on how Charlie is doing is what I would expect. They even have CCTV so you can keen an eye on your pet during playtime - live from Central Bark.
They're super friendly and caring staff and I couldn't think of leaving charlie with anyone else.
The location is a great too as parking is easy right at the front door.
Definitely recommend to any caring pet owners.
