We got the seafood platter with the bottle of wine.
The bar guy was really accommodating, allowing us to get the sparkling white for an extra $5.
But the food was good, the place was good, they let us sit upstairs.
Lacking patronage is all. They just need more people through the doors

There were little flies/gnats where we were sitting and they kept getting into the food and drink. Luckily for us they were happy to give us a new pint and offered a new bowl of chips. But we were done with the food by then.

Great easy place to pop in for lunch however sometimes you do need to be wary on how busy they are as they can take a while to bring your meal out. Would recommend booking ahead with your order. Meals are a decent size and not bad for the price.

What a popular place that was!!! I went there last Friday around 2pm to have a work catch up. The bar was packed!! People are having breakfast, lunch are drinking away...We only ordered some coffees and cakes but it took ages to be served. I guess the bar tenders are too busy with the big meal orders! The atmosphere was good, and very busy! The coffees were good, and loved the cheese cake.

Easily one of the most popular lunchtime haunts of city workers. Had lunch there with colleagues from work. We booked for 12pm. Arrived there on time. Had to wait for service. After 10 or so minutes, was seated. Ordered our drinks and food. Arrived surprisingly fast, and all together. Good if you like noisy places and is just there to people-watch. Not so good if you want to hear your friends. Food was basic pub grub style with little variety. It is ok if you want something fast. Price wasn't good for value. It was decent considering its location.
