Not very impressed! A booking was made with a view to bring French speaking people together and enjoy some French conversation and a selection of food. I arrived late at 4PM but the others had been there since 3.30. I left at 5PM. It is an excellent French place with an excellent variety of French saucisson and cheese but by five o'clock I'd had enough. There were empty plates on the table but no food. I don't care if they had a busy afternoon. You don't keep people waiting one hour or one and a half hours for food. Very very expensive too. I went to the bread shop next door, paid $1 for a decent baguette, went home, had a glass of wine and some cheese. I think my friends would have paid over $40. I paid $1 and had a fun afternoon at home. I will go again but hope that the service will be better.

Yes, my second visit was much better as they were not busy or under pressure. I was served with real friendliness and speed. They are very pleasant and customer friendly. I was amazed that I was able to buy some real French saucisson for less than fifteen dollars. Excellent service but I would not go there when they are busy.

The owner operators knowledge of their product is exceptional, the quality of food and wine is exceptional and you cannot pay for what you get while dining or collecting food for home - personalised, perfect service.
If you live in or are passing through Sydney and don't treat yourself, you're missing out.
