Staff could be a bit more attentative! I sat and waited for the girl to bring me a menu (she welcomed me and said she would in a moment) and the watched her play with her phone for ten minutes. Another staff member eventually came over to me but first impressions?

Food was great, a tad expensive but worth it I reckon.

Would definitely come here again.

Came here for a footy viewing function in the function room on the way to Busselton. The place looks pretty newly refurbished and modern. I had the fish and chips, and it was good. The batter was just right and crispy and the fish (2 pieces) was flaky, and it was served with a side of chips and salad. My partner had the chicken parmigiana and thought it was pretty ordinary, and the schnitzel tasted like cheap supermarket schnitzel and it was pretty small compared to most other pub schnitzels.

Function was well catered for, and the venue very fair and generous with jugs or drinks such as beer, cider, soft drinks, etc. They even laid out colouring items for the kids, and even little kids' packs with colouring items. Thumbs up for that.

Would recommend.

Had a cheapy lunch here and thought it was usual pub fare with nothing really to rave about. Steak sanwhich was nice meat and normal salad and chips and pie was good flavour with bought puff pastry top on it. Nice but same same. Hotel itself is old in both good and bad ways and staff very helpful.

Excellent $15 lunch. My wife and I shared the Lunch Beef and the Cajun Chicken meals and they were fabulous, including the different and delightful green salads. We'll be back for more.
