I had our heating ducts under floor replaced. Unsatisfactory job. Initially they delivered r.6 ducts instead of r1. I picked this up and they replaced them. After installation our heater kept overheating due to the use of a wrong connector that did not allow good airflow. This was picked up by another heating service person. Finally when the heater was operational one of the ducts flew out of the floor onto the dirt below. When they installed the new ducts into the extension they didn't bother securing them to the floor. They did come back and rectify this.
