Worst Customer Service Ever - once you buy the product, you are done with no support and harsh responses. I bought Samsung frame tv, the price is reduced very next week with additional offer and the immediate response is very harsh from the sales person when asked to please consider. Goodguys not good, stay away please

in this store I walked around the same 3 bays of stereos for 10 minutes trying to get an idea which would connect to my tv.

The staff looked at me and walked away.

Even once I got bored of waiting and walked out the door no one even tried to speak.

We all know it's annoying when 5 people try and serve you within 60 seconds of walking into a store. But I think it's even worse when you look for someone to serve you and the 2 blokes who were 5 metres away have walked away.

I really like this store. Staff really know their products and are very willing to help you. Very patient with you and are honest.

My experience with Good Guys fascinates me, they seem to go out of their way to give you a price lower than you expect. As good as this may sound, from a business perspective, the sales guys are throwing money away for their business owner. When you are happy to pay the price on the tag, why then does a checkout operator say I'll do you a better price? aside from that, their sales staff rarely approach you & in some cases walk the opposite direction so as to not make eye contact. I simply buy from Good Guys because I know they will give me a low price, not because of service.

I had all the attention that I wanted. Got all the advice and help to on selection of items. The shop is clean and easy to find things. The guys are good

Negotiate and you cant beat it. They have an extensive range of everything and there are plenty of staff to help. THey will price beat anything you offer or even if you just ask for a discount they'll give you one anyway. BRian McCombe is a legend and was extremely helpful.
