Had to return my Nespresso machine because it started leaking from the inside and not something minor like a cracked tank. I asked for a refund as it seemed to be a somewhat major fault, they told me that they had the right to send it off to be inspected. A month later the machine finally returns repaired but I asked for a report from the repair Centre to determine if my initial request for a refund was possible. After three weeks there was no report so I sent a text message asking what happened. Apparently it should have been sent within days and I was promised it would finally be sent soon. It was never sent to me and a confused employee asked why I haven't collected my machine. Within about 15 minutes she was finally able to tell me it was a cracked inlet valve which might as well be the tank so I could finally conclude that it was only a minor fault and I can collect my machine. What an ordeal for something that should have been a simple process. If a team member named Jan pronounced 'yaan' promises you something make sure to get help from someone else unless you want empty promises and long wait times.

These guys are great. Never scared to discount. Prices are already pretty good. Customer service is excellent. Bought 3 iMacs from them...at the right time of year ofcourse ;)

I've been here quite often and find them to be a generally very good service. Customer service is often fantastic and if you pay cash, you can save some money but not quite as much as I would like. For example, My most recent purchase was a 500 GB external WD hard-drive and I only saved 4 bucks when I paid cash for it.

I have brought heaps of goods from them and always been happy!!!
I Always get the extended warranty because for an extra few dollars you know your protected for 3 - 5 years and to me its worth it because you can be sure it will pack it in 1 day after the expiry date
They have heaps of good sales and you get discount for cash I ring around and find they are cheaper
And they can always get it in for you if its not in the store
When I see some thing I want I write it down and the price and just go straight in saves time and if its something bigger like a fridge/freezer measure it to make sure it will get through your door and have the measurements with you to make it easier
