Last night we had dinner here to celebrate a family birthday. It was carvery night being a Sunday so that was my choice. There were pork, lamb and beef roasts on offer and large amount of meat was placed on my plate. Roast vegetables were self serve .
The dining room was packed so it was lucky we had a reservation.
Meet some friends for coffee at this seaside hotel. They have developed one part of the hotel to be more of a cafe and it has inside cafe seating and also outside seating in protected area. We enjoyed our coffee and a very long chat. This is a great hotel either for a hotel meal or a cafe snack etc.
Wandered down to Brighton to watch the festivities held today. We enjoyed cool drinks at this hotel, beer for my husband and lemon lime and bitters for me. Nice and cold. Sat outside and could view much of the action.
Met our friends here again for morning coffee. Part of the hotel has been turned into more of a coffee shop than a hotel bar. It is on the esplanade and has large indoor and outdoor seating areas. Lovely warm fire today inside. Great coffee and light meals available. Loyalty card and always made to feel welcome
Although the ESPY is a hotel we meet our old neighbours in the casual area that is more like a cafe than a bistro. Very friendly staff and great mugs of coffee. Even have a card where free coffee and cake is available after a certain number of purchases. This now seems to be our favourite meeting place. Lovely inside and outside seating on the seafront.
