I have benefited so much from the eco mum. i have the essential kit which contains herbs and essential oils aswell as the book of remedies. they are easy to use and cover almost everything. Louisa is kind and very generous with her time, her blog is brilliant and a great resource to refer to. she has a fabulous facebook community and willingly answers questions. she is very knowledgeable.
