Disappointed with customer service today for mens cut. Normally really great

Unfriendly, rude & arrogant staff. Better alternatives within the centre - why bother going there.

I went for the first time last week. The staff was friendly unfortunately the cut is horrible. I had to pay another hairdresser to fix my layers. I wanted a trim and I ended up getting a sort of bob/mullet. I cried when I got home and realized what was done. I went to another hairdresser who looked at my hair and ask me who cut them and told me it was all wrong.

No fuss, quick efficient hair cutting service. It doesn't matter who cuts my hair there, I know they are going to do it well. Very happy with the way they do my hair and their attention to detail is good. Price is probably on par with other barbers but not really of concern to me, I want a good cut and I know I get it here. Won't go anywhere else, enough said...

After my reliable hairdresser moved away, I was left with the choice of trying a new hairdresser (Shock horror) or leaving my hair till I found a new trust worthy one. A year or so later, with my hair long enough to sit on and looking a mess, I finally built up the courage to try a new hairdresser out. After doing a little (a lot) of research, I came across The Diplomat Hairdressers.

After going without a hair cut for so long, I was very anxious about someone new cutting my hair. But I was looked after very well by Sandy, she gave me a style cut and a new side fringe. I ended up walking out of there feeling like a new woman, thanks Sandy!!
