I would never recommend this company. I ordered a lounge from them in the middle of the year and still haven't received it. They keep changing the delivery date and giving me excuses. I have requested a refund and Mary at their office just keeps saying to be patient. So I suggest you shop elsewhere don't deal with this company. Also you cannot get a phone number to speak to someone. Very bad customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Waiting 17 weeks and only half order has arrived. No phone no. to contact, emails do not get replied on subject matter and none the wiser where the other part of order is. I have paid fully and was told 5 weeks ago that it was on the dock.

Customer satisfaction was not a priority in my case. I bought a leather lounge and as soon as it was delivered I realised it was too big for the space. The classic white elephant in the room. Immediately I suggested to exchange it for a smaller one, even if for a lesser value. I also offered to pay for the new delivery to and from the store. I didn’t ask for a refund as I knew that by law I didn’t have any rights. I was simply counting on their understanding for my $ 3,320 mistake.
The main office replied with a laconic: ‘Sorry, no refund on floor stock, although this policy is applied to all their products. At this stage I cannot sell the lounge privately without losing quite a lot on the price paid and I am stuck with it.
Obviously, being the lounge new I cannot comment on the quality of the product , but I reserve the right to do so in the future.
At this stage I suggest to be aware of this particular store policy when other furniture stores are more flexible.
