Worst ever service and food. On Friday 14th August order $40+ worth of food. 4 potato cakes, 6 Squid rings and 2 steamed dim sims sat in the keep warm area for over 20 mins while awaiting grilled fish and souvlaki [I think they forgot this part of order]
I admit they were very busy 11+ people in store waiting to pay or waiting for food. It was extremely frustrating as Menulog/Uber eats drivers came and went very promptly with food always ready.
I ordered via phone at 6.30pm was told 20 mins and it would be ready. Arrived at 6.50pm queued and paid at 7.00pm was told it would be another 5 mins. Saw part of order was ready, approached them at 7.20pm whereby the fish and hastily made and all food given to me at 7.30pm. All the food was oily, fish undercooked and souvlaki shocking.
I will not return and have frequenting this fish and chip shop for years. I have at times been disappointed over the last 2 years but this was the last straw.

Great service. Food is always fresh, tasty and delicious. their calamari is awesome. super busy with customers, and no processed food. but they are a cash only if unaware, it could be a problem.

Over salted and over fried potato cakes, they were all joined together and had been fried to a point where I could taste no potato only fried batter, which tasted like old oil. I'm sorry but potato cakes are one of the simplest and most common fish and chip shop items, and if you can't get that right I'm worried, I hope they improve as their location is conveniently next to a cute little kid area

Best Fish'n'Chips shop around. They use rice bran oil, they do special orders like grilled fish rather than fried if you don't like too much batter. They even keep on top of everything when it gets really hectic. The shop is always crispy clean and the food is high quality, and fresh for a very reasonable price. We never had to wait longer than the time estimated by the cute lady at the cashier. They really do everything to keep their customers happy.

Went here for the first time the other week. Best fish and chips. The customer service was amazing and they really took pride in the food they were preparing.

This is our new favourite fish and chip take away restaurant. We used to use two others in the area but after our first try, we were hooked! The shop is so clean and organised, the staff are very courteous and friendly and have an excellent phone manner when you place an order. The chips are the best I have tasted in a long time and the souvlakis are also very tasty. I look forward to a piece of grilled flake each week!
