Had coffee here the other day with my daughter and her 3 year old twins . Great place to go with kids they have a covered play area for kids to climb on and a reserve for the kids to run. Excellent service relaxed happy place to enjoy a coffee.

We were really disappointed recently, after several successful occasions at this Eatery, can't really call it a Restaurant, that the Menu had been changed, not giving a lot of options to choose from.

i went thewr with my two gilfriends for a catch up lunch with our children ..its at a beautiful location right across from nepean river the boat ramp side where the nepean belle docks in...the food was amazing you got a lot on your plate for what you paid for..the food was quite quick to come from the time you ordered..the children got to play in the enclosed playgym area while the food was cooking and then played some more once they had eaten it was great as it gave us time to chat and catchup with each other..the childrens portions where generous and well made..i really enjoyed my time at the coffee club..and i have been back a few times as after lunch we usually enjoy the walk by the river..lovely place, lovely service beautiful food!!

I really find this cafe disappointing in the sense that listed on the menu for kids it says drink and activity pack the 3 times I have visited I always have to ask for these items ( this is a godsend when mum to 2 toddlers)
I understand it has the location but find the prices quite disappointing and when being seated near the play equipment on a sunny morning there are no shades to prevent you getting extreme sunburn in the summer.
As previous comments suggest a booking is preferable as it is the go to place for penrith and extremely busy I dont necessarily find the staff go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant experience more just a number and extra $$$ in the till.

Been here a few times now. I dont drink coffee so cant comment on it. But this place gets really busy, especially on a nice day. But it has an impact on staff performance. Twice we have had to wait ages for he food, like over 30minutes. ANd when it comes it is not what I ordered. But it was OK for what it was, chicken and salad turkish bread. My issue with this place is it is so expensive. I dont really understand how they can charge so much money for a sandwhich or 16 bux for bacon and eggs. Anyway today I paid 42 bux for two pinapple and cheese, ham on turkish bread, one chips and two drinks?????????? Not worth it if you ask me, though as I said I dont drink coffee anyway......

Have been here several times and have taken many friends there and I have never been disappointed with the level of customer service. Congratulations to the management for the correct training of staff. Keep up the great work.....

The staff were very friendly and polite also helpful. The Hot chocolate was delicious and the food was very well prepared and tasty. Very pleasant experience

The food was good but not the place I would pick again for lunch with a friend. The noise of both children and other adults made it impossible to have a discussion. Although the waitresses were friendly and polite you had to catch them for anything such as a drink after the main meal. Outside tables also lacked in the cleaning dept. Enjoyed the meal but would not return for the above reasons.
