I think i have tried just about every cafe in Carlton by now! LOL i have been to this cafe many years ago and recently i have revisited on morning for breakfast.

Its a lovely cafe, modern decor with the waiter who was a lovely fellow who i had a good chat to whilst waiting for my order.

i ordered a toasted sandwich (ham cheese and tom) and a latte to take away. I must say it was delicious and the cafe use lovely bread, which makes it perfect. My coffee was warm and just right ...

The food is great but a bit on the higher price range. The service was quick and very polite on a quiet Sunday night so I do not know how it would be at a busier time. The atmosphere is elegant and subtle. Had the scallop entree which was beautiful to look at and tasted even better but pricey. Will go back again.

Excellent service and fantastic coffee. The park across the road makes it a wonderful place to go on the weekend with the kids. The staff are very attentive and the service is quick, especially for such a popular busy cafe.

This little 'Italian' place has been around forever. The food is always good, they make a good coffee and their cakes are delicious. Although the service is quick, they're not the most friendly bunch. And the meals could be expensive for some.
