I asked one of the sales staff about and product and was told they would happily order in if I could get some details, i did this and rang, the staff member I wanted thought talking to a sales rep was more important and some else took my details and i was told i will get a call, it has been 7 days so far, no call. Also when I was in the store the staff were very ordinary andi I was pretty much ignored. To their credit, their prices were very good.

Much better set up than what they had in their Oakleigh days. As per one of the other customers, I've had really bad experience with some of the Staff. The owner, his wife and Mother (I believe) are lovely but with the new stores and staff the've seem to have lost the personal touch.

I thought all the staff were very rude both in talking to each other and cusotmers. They just seemed as thought you were wasting there time and they were talking amongst themselves about other customers whilst I was there. The shop set-up is lovely but the prices are ALOT more than most other baby shops. I defiantley wouldn't buy from there.

Have been to the Baby Gallery a few times when my daughter was pregnant and I found their choice of baby goods very novel and exciting. A great shopping experience. Friendly, helpful staff. I would certainly recommend this baby shop

The baby gallery has so much to choose from. Huge store with friendly, helpful staff. Better than any other baby store in Melbourne. Huge range of Christening outfits too.
