The staff are so attentive in the perfume area but unfortunately the service trying to get a script is lacking. I appreciate how busy they must be but would be great if they gave you a more accurate amount of time before your script will be ready for collection.

Bad service. Really slow server!!! They told me it will take 10mins to prepare my script, and we waited for 40mins No joke! and while we wait, no one come and assure us, in fact eveyrone seem to be avoiding eye contact with us in case we ask them! And not enough chairs for people to sit and wait, we stood and walk in the store for 40mins!

Customer service at the prescription counter is atrocious. I stood there waiting to be served for ages while staff just walked behind the counter doing god knows what. Their prices are very high also. I ended up leaving because I was sick of waiting and took my business elsewhere. They have no decent system for lodging and picking up scripts.
