I was 9 years into my first 10 years. Termimesh advertise that they pledge an initial10 year guarantee upfront and clearly state on their warranty that no compulsory annual termite inspections are required.
Unfortunately, when cleaning a mark off my lounge room wall and my hand went through, I subsequently found that my home had 5 nests of termites enjoying my house. There is a lot of damage. Since then, Termimesh have cancelled my 10 year warranty as I have had termites and have offered me a two year treatment for over $4k. Misleading advertising to say the very least.

We had a Termi Mesh termite barrier installed as we built our new home. They coordinated well with our builder and we are happy that it looks inconspicuous, but will significantly reduce our risk of getting a termite infestation. They provided us with a great instructional DVD which shows clearly how we should check the barrier and for any termites climbing above it. It isn't a cheap product, but it will hopefully pay off in the long run. We recently came up for inspection and they sent out reminder letters which was good, but when we rang to enquire about the price of the inspection the receptionist didn't know and when we she finally got a figure of over $200 it was our understanding this was just to check the perimeter of the property which seems expensive.

We had smartfilm laid up the inside of our retaining walls, around poles and between new and old slabs. The quoting and laying process ran very smooth with any questions we had being answered promptly. A few spots were missed during the laying of smartfilmand there was also an overcharge with the invoice however both issues were sorted out promptly.
