Templeton's provides a genuine caring experience. Unlike some of the big franchise type funeral homes, the Templeton family take a personal approach as its their business. They were very organised and helpful and took the time to make the whole experience ( which is such a sad time ) much more bearable. The venue where we had Mum's funeral said to me they had never worked with such professional, caring funeral directors before. I hope I don't have to organise a funeral again, but it I did, I would call Ellese.

I just wanted to convey my thoughts to you about yesterday's Service for Mary.

From the time I met you at the family home I was impressed by your professional, but warm and friendly manner.

Followed by your patient and understanding responses when deadlines were being stretched.

When I arrived at Montsalvat yesterday, I was greeted by your very friendly staff and entered into a room that was peaceful and serene, due to early preparation, in readiness before first mourners arrived.

The Floral Casket Spray was generous and the flowers were perfect according to family request.

At all times you and your staff were respectful of the solemnity of the occasion, without taking it to a sombre level.

All in all, as a Celebrant, I appreciated working with you and your staff, to deliver the warm, sincere service that was greatly appreciated by family and guests.

And as Mary's friend, I wish to thank you for the care you extended to Simone and her family, and to myself.
