When ordering phones / hardware/ etc the “staff” can’t do enough... to get your money I bought five iPhone 12 pro max.
Go back with a problem or an enquiry and it is the complete opposite. They now have your money and have no time for you at all. They start quoting the fine print.
Whilst I was in the purchasing stage I saw people coming in and getting angry and upset.. I thought what was wrong with them. Now I know.

was very happy with the amount of help the staff gave me while purchasing a new phone they even showed me how to set it up for the Internet. i would definitely go back to buy another phone

I found the customer service advisors very helpful and was able to get assistance as soon as I walked into the store. Not sure if I just jagged this, but there seemed to be a lot of sales reps ready to serve. I find the Mandurah store infuriating (have to wait AGES to get served) and would definitely choose Rockingham again.

I have had an issue with the spelling of my surname for a number of years. I was living outside of the metro area and the issue needed to be dealt with in store. When I entered the store I had to queue for 20 minutes and the sales person was less than helpful and the problem was not fixed even after completing a form.

This is the Telstra 'shop'. The staff is friendly, but it's too small. When you want to pay your account you have to wait in long lines, unfortunately wasn't it just one time, but a few times. I had had internet installed, so now i pay my accounts online, without the trouble to go into their shop. I must say, the Telstra kiosk, near Target, the staff are very eager to help you, and as soon as possible.
