My experience with Andy has been positive for a wide variety of computer service and supply needs.... including a brilliant rescue from a storm lightning crash.

My computer was running slowly and I didn't know why. Andy gave it a once over, tidy up and a full virus scan and it's a happy computer. His advice was fantastic and very helpful in managing my computer issues. Also did not over charge! will return and recommend!

I had been slack and hadn't serviced my computer for sometime and it stopped working and threw up a warning that components weren't working. First thing in the morning I arrived at Andy's shop with computer in hand and by that afternoon Andy and his employees had my computer back in my hands.

We ordered a new desktop from Tame that Computer and it was ready for us in just a few days. All set up with software and ready to use.

We were given a very reasonable price, with a freebie keyboard and mouse thrown in, along with 12 months unconditional warranty. Communication was faultless and the whole process pain free.

Andy is extremely knowledgeable. He has fixed computer issues for us before and I have every trust in his expertise. Before Andy was recommended to us we were being baffled by technical terminology, having to wait weeks for our computer to be fixed, and being charged exorbitant rates.

Andy and his team keep it real. Great prices, great service. We highly recommend Tame that Computer.

thanks Andy !!! I purchased a new desktop earlier this year. we had a fault on the drive that was intermittent. To both our frustration no fault would show up on any diagnostics. To Andy's credit he never gave up and always had time to work on the machine when it would play up. A reload of Windows showed a stalling on the drive, repeated installs had the same issue. Andy had a new ordered and fitted overnight. the PC is now lightening fast and working brilliantly. I am sure anyone else would have walked away and put me down as a whinging customer, but not Tame that Computer. They kept chipping away at the problem and never gave up !
Intermittent faults are the hardest to find, it could have been a cable, conflict of programmes... any number of things as well as hardware issues.
Without the dedicated service and some may say stubbornness of the team we would not have resolved this. Sadly sometimes hardware is faulty from brand new as was the case for me..... just unlucky I got that drive, but lucky for me I had Andy working on it !!!
