They fixed my computer instantly while I waited. Under there diagnostic service I paid nothing, even though they cleaned a component to get it going. They can provide on line servicing and set up the computer to do this.

I have been going to them since they started .I have had 3 computers built by them . It is same day service Prices are excellent service cannot be faulted .

Repairs to desktop computers, laptops and the purchase of new computers and laptops over the last few years . Also the purchase of computer parts including memory and DVD players and UPS supplies. I have found this business to be extremely honest in its dealing with the public and the prices often so reasonable as to be unbelieveably low. The standard of workmanship is very high indeed and if I had to return for any reason the warranty was always honoured without any question.

Andy at Tame that Computer has helped me out firstly by cleaning up my computer completely. Next time I had a problem he logged onto a link he had put on my computer where he could "take control" he went through so many problems I had and fixed it for me. Invoiced me, and I paid on line, I did not even need to leave home!!! No problem. There have been a couple of doubtful emails I have received I forwarded them to Andy and he advised me in regards to their safety. I think he is one of the best guys I know. He is always friendly, professional, helpful. He is the only person I would trust with my computer and the only one I would recommend.

After purchasing a new computer and having to have data transfered from old computer to the new, I left both computers with Tame That Computer hoping that this would be a simple process and that everything would work the same as it was on my old computer . After turning my new computer on I realised that things were not quite what I expected, due to the fact that I did not quite understand the differences in programs. I made a phone call to Andy and he explained the differences and what was required to give me what I expected. He was then able to take remote control of my computer with my consent and convert files to a format that I was familiar with. I discovered another minor issue and I sent Andy an email, I received some clear and concise instruction to rectify this issue. Everything is working as I had hoped and I would recommend Andy and his team to anyone. Very reasonable cost and A+ service
