By far, the worst experience ever - I paid extra to get my car cleaned, only to find that it hadn't been cleaned properly (dirty windows, floor) and that they'd damaged a sun shade window covering. I do understand that things happen, but when approached about it, they flat out denied it and then personally attacked me. They also left my husband with most of the bags at the airport (as he hadn't yet cleared customs and the bus couldn't wait). I tried to be understanding, saying that I'd just go pick him up. With all the options for airport parking, go somewhere else - I will be!

We have resumed taking photos of the condition of all vehicles that park with us to ensure that all customers will receive a car in the same or better condition than they park it with us, thanks for the feedback. These guys are so great, Hans and Troy will really look after you. The office is conveniently close to the Tulla Fwy / M80 / M79, they're well organised and very reliable. They take care of your car while you're away, and you know your money is going towards a great cause
Take Off parking staff were so lovely. The experience was an enjoyable one. You can tell they are a small family business because they genuinely cared. Troy was there on time to take us and collect us from the airport and our car was kept safe within the indoor garage for the duration of our holiday.
