They "fixed" our air-conditioner by installing a pump that makes a loud noise. The air-con is in our bedroom, so we can't use it at all now. We asked them to fix this, they came to check and tried to convince us that the noise isn't really that bad, refusing to fix it. Moreover , they are now trying to charge us for the second visit. Not only they did a bad job, they are trying to make is pay twice. Truly, go elsewhere.

Came promptly, didn’t fix the problem, and got another company to do the work. I paid the service fee of $242.00 on the day of service and I keep getting bombarded with overdue notices from Sydmech account depart. I reply, send copies of the receipt with no joy. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional

Absolute rubbish. Unprofessional. Misdiagnosed the problem. Claimed it would cost around $4,000 to fix. Never provided a quote or returned phone calls or emails. Got it fixed by someone else for $420 including parts and labour.

Horrid experience. Took deposit and did not provide the service. Claimed that nobody was at home, but we were at home all day. Asked to double the amount for re-booking.
