The photos I got of my children are absolutely gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier.
The photo shoot itself was easy and stress free, the communication between photo shoot and delivery was good, and then receiving the photos was amazing because the pictures were just perfect. Overall we had an excellent experience with this service.
I will definitely be going back to Hayley in the future. Just beautiful.

Absolutely amazing photographer.
The photos I got of my newborn are absolutely beautiful and I am so happy I went through Hayley to capture these timeless memories that’s i can treasure forever.
The wait between photoshoot and completion was a few weeks, but was worth the wait as the photos are perfect.
Hayley has a beautiful way with kids too, which made the whole experience a good one. Will definitely recommend this photographer, and I will be going back to her in the future ️

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have had a horrible experience with this photographer. She took the payment in full and then didn't deliver the photos. Ignores calls and messages. I regret choosing her and would advise people to not go to her. Bad bad bad very bad service and experience. I’m no longer disappointed but I’m very angry instead.

Im so sorry that you had this experience and I really hope you did receive your photos because as far as Im aware, all photographs have gone out to this date. More and more people here have left their reviews saying the same thing. And I for one can back this up. Shes ghosted us for supposedly last months shoot. Seems like her modus. Promotes this beautiful photography shoot for months to go take advance full payments from clients and hope for them to forget. And if they do manage to remember,, she plays chasey. Im surprised shes still got an ABN. I for one already reported her.
She hasnt changed. If Hayley thinks responding back to a review years later is good enough, it shows you the type of business person she is. Ill happily release the entire email and SMS correspondence online if Hayley wants to continue playing innocent.
Would not recommend this service. Very poor communication and ridiculous time frames. Ignores phone calls and emails. BEWARE

I have found a pattern! Theres reviews here from 4years ago that sounds exactly the same. I think she does this in a yearly basis. Now I wonder if any of the good reviews were ever true. People dont give any full payment to this business unless shes got a clear plan for your meeting. But then again shell just reschedule.
Hayley is fabulous! We just had newborn photos done for our 3rd child and love them. We have been using Hayley for family photos for a few years now love her work. Excellent service, lovely to deal with and beautiful photos. Highly recommend Hayley!
