Well that's a kick in the guts I didn need. 5 weeks I've been waiting for the delivery of a nutribullet I bought through Suredeal, and now to read they've gone bust. I'm lost for words on how disappointed I am. I, like everyone else deserve our money back, aswell as an apology!

I have recently (March) purchased a pool blanket and knee supports to the total of $120. I have emailed Suredeal and received an email straight away saying that they have stopped trading. Their website says sorry closed. So what I want to know is what do I do now? Will I ever get my purchase or money back? Does anyone know of a contact number I can ring?

I cant go through the bank as over 3months ago. Let me know if you want to do some sort of group action against them.

I too in same position. I have emailed A Current Affair and Today Tonight I advise you do the same. Suredeal has swallowed more than $20,000! Im sure over 100 people have bought this deal! Im furious! Its not a big amount of money but I'm a student with a mortgage so any money is money to me

I will have to join the mob who paid for a Nutribullet in December for $179 and after numerous excuses found out today that I will receive "nothing" .. gone bust ..even though they were advertising sales yesterday. Please someone tell me that we can do something to get back at this Company??? This is sooo unfair. Have been told by the Visa Card Co. that as we have been strung along for over three months they cannot help us..so everyone..purchases under three months old and paid for by visa, you can put a claim into the appropriate Bank.

I too was scammed by this. Seems as though they strung us along to get past the 3 month mark. I will be taking it further and have already lodged a complaint through Fair Trading. Let me know if want to take action also.
Have been waiting 3 months for a Nutribullet which has never been delivered. Emails have been sent apologising and explanations of stock being held up by Customs.
Further email dated 7 April 2015 saying they (Suredeal) have gone out of business! So, can't see a refund coming nor the Nutribullet that was ordered. Suredeal's advice was to contact our bank to see if anything could be done!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I Ordered a Nutri Bullet in Dec, never got it. I wrote several emails to which they responded saying it was delayed. The new delivery days passed still nothing. 3 new dates later They now will not respond to my emails. Complete con artists

I had purchased a 3 piece jewellrey set, which was due to be delivered appx 19July. I did not receive it, so I used the "contact us" on the Homepage. My query was checked into and I had a reply the next day. I was advised of another Delivery date given to Suredeal by supplier. That came and went also. I contacted again. The same person who handled my 1st query saw the whole thing through and got back to me the next day (again) Very apologetic, full explanation and had applied a CR to my account for the inconvenience caused. For a Groupbuy site that had already been paid, I say WELL DONE. I wish I could mention the persons name, she was so helpful. I did however send her an email Thanking her profusely and stating I realised tthis was NOT the error of "Surdeal" but of the supplier. I now have my jewellrey any am wearing it with pride.

I brought 2 things online through suredeal and after buying I still had to wait for the deal to end which could be ages away days/weeks/months then they say it takes between 3-5 weeks to have your goods delivered but I sent them an email after waiting over 5 weeks for both my goods then 2 days later I get an email saying I will get a refund for one product because of issues with suppliers ect I thought it so rude to wait so long to tell me to have to wait till after it was supposed to be delivered then I am told my other product is due on this date ect so I wait and wait and wait nearly 2 weeks after that date then send them another email asking where it is then I'm told the shipment was late but it's on it's way so I finally get it 2 days later omg what a hassle I would have been better off going to danoz direct or something it would have been quicker and atleast I know the products available when I spend the money on it and why did it take till I get on to them about it for them to offer explanations not cool and not on I will not buy from SUREdeal again no way

I too have just discovered that this company has gone bust, after following up on delivery of the Nutribullet that I paid for back in March. If anybody has a solution to receiving refunds from Suredeal, I would truly appreciate whatever information you can provide. I am utterly disappointed.
