Initially I was wary and wasn't impressed by what I saw, but from the moment I started talking to the staff, it was evident that they were keen to perform their duties to the full. They went above and beyond to fulfil my every demand, from free quotes, to after repairs service. For example, months after getting my car back I noticed that the tyres were wearing enevenly. I presumed that it was due to accident damage so took it for inspection at a local steering specialist confirming my suspicions. I was not particulary happy with the length of time it took to repair my vehicle, nor the fact that things needed to be pointed out to them. Also they expected me to accept a guard on the side of the car that did not match the original guard on the other side of the car. I would be very sceptical in future about dealing with any NRMA approved insurers because I was not happy with any part of this companies dealings.
