CURRENT AVAILABILITY:

I HAVE MONDAY AND TUESDAY FORTNIGHT AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CLIENT, ALSO FRIDAY WEEKLY IN THE MAROONDAH, KNOX OR WHITEHORSE MUNICIPALITIES. PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO A 2.5 - 3.0 HR JOB - 1-2 BATHROOMS, MOP/VACUUM FLOORS. WEEKEND WORK IS AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CLIENT. PRICES  AND TIME FRAMES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE, MINIMUM HOURS 2.5 ONLY - I DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING UNDER 2.5HRS.


Domestic, home cleaning service fortnightly or weekly to keep your home sparkling clean. Police check and client references available - 20 years experience including experience in Home Care services for the Aged and infirm, culturally sensitive. I also hold Cert. III in Aged Care and Cert. IV in Mental Health and Cert. IV non-denominational Pastoral Care. Many of my clients choose my service because of the dwindling eligibility for council home care services and not being able to control the frequency of service visits and what is offered by council services.


I service the Knox, Whitehorse and Maroondah municipalities. Non smoker, punctual and OH&S conscious. Please be aware that I am a SOLE TRADER and not a commission taking agency. I am a domestic cleaner and not an industrial or commercial cleaner - I do not offer these services.


Fees:

2.5hrs minimum - $80

3.0hrs is $95

3.5hrs is $110


PLEASE DO NOT CALL IF YOU REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING TASKS OR SERVICE

* One off vacating cleaning of residential properties - Should you be moving out of or into a rented or owned property, this is classified as a Vacating Clean. This type of cleaning is a big job (also dependant on the size of the house and level of cleanliness). Often they require many hours to get the house up to scratch and a team of cleaners to get the job done within one day.

* Oven cleaning, changing beds, ironing and washing of clothes.

* Industrial or commercial cleaning, such as the use of scrubbing and polishing floor tile machines.

* Builders or renovation cleaning - Please don't call if you need help with cleaning up sawdust, wood dust or paintdust as I am not available for this type of cleaning.

* Monthy cleaning - I often recieve calls from prospective clients wanting their home cleaned once per month or every three weeks. As a sole trader I do not accept these cleaning time frames, only weekly or fortnightly clients - please do not call if this is what you are requiring. I am also not available at short notice i.e. 24hours due to my current, regular weekly and/or fortnightly clients.


The fees also include the use of my own professional cleaning products and vacuum cleaner. All work prior to being undertaken and agreed to is subject to an initial meet and greet and quote.


I simply turn up and clean! It is that simple!
