I would give Sunshine Deli Snack bar a 3.5, and the boyf would probably give it a 6 or a 7 out of 5, so let's split the difference and call it a 4!

The sunshine deli snack bar makes great Banh Mi rolls. For the uninitiated, they are a vietnamese specialty roast pork or chicken roll, with salad, coriander, soy, pate, and other beautifully layered flavours. The result is unexplainable unless you've tried it - it tastes like a garden after the rain; it is fresh, biting, and tastes like spring.

The Sunshine Deli's version is super delicious. However, I don't love the fattiness of the meat - for me, it's a little disconcerting. However, my boyfriend loves them so much that we sometimes drive over there just for lunch, even if we're not super close.

They also do lovely spring rolls that I could eat for days.

HIghly recommend!

Ps - don't be freaked out by the weird descriptions - one bite and you will be hooked on banh mi for life.
