I have just visited Flooring Xtra and WOW they were so helpful i had all my questions answered I found them to be extremely professional and knew their products back to front. They offered advice and were very willing to fit in withme in regards to coming out and giving a quote at a time that suits me. They also gave me a number of samples to take home and try in different areas of the house. I will repost after i get my quote.

Just visited the Sunbury Flooring Xtra as we had received a flyer stating they're having a massive sale. As we try and support our local shops we always give them a go first. Once again we have been disappointed with the local. The service was poor (I felt I was a burden) and I am unsure where the ''massive sale'' was suppose to be. The lady serving me wasn't at all interested in helping me or getting my business. Definitely another store I'll be avoiding!!! Just goes to show why giant retail businesses (Bunnings) are soaring with success, I'll rather spend my hard earned money there!
