Since returning from our US holiday we had been craving an american style feed. We popped into the Sugar Shack to enjoy one of their fabulous burgers, we were not disappointed. Perfect with our entree of wings, fries and onion rings, yes we did overindulge, but it was so good. They certainly fulfilled our needs.

My last couple of visits were disappointing to say the least, slow service, cold extra crisp fries and missing items from our order. Our burgers did taste good but not up to their usual standard. Overall we left dissatisfied.

Who doesn't love American food? Well, we do. These guys make up some awesome burgers and chilli cheese fries. We tried their bacon wrapped onion rings and they were really good, their menu is huge and contain some very interesting meal ideas which we will gradually manage to try. So if you are after something different, then this is the place to try. You wont be disappointed. - they also cater for vegans.

Another fantastic American joint, I just love them. You name it, they have it on the menu. Chilli cheese fries were enjoyed by all, they have these delicious chicken wings - you get to pick the sauce, we chose hot/buffalo, they were hot and awesome. So many burgers and hot dogs, my girlfriend decided to try the 'Donut Bacon Cheese burger', it was a large glazed donut filled with the usual burger ingredients, not for me, but she loved it! Their menu is huge, including the dessert menu - definitely for someone with a severe sweet tooth. My girlfriend tried the chocolate & peanut butter waffles, I don't know how she was able to try this after that donut burger. As expected, it was too much for her. I did try it, but way to sweet for me. Prices are very reasonable, the portions are huge, and the food is sensational, felt like we were in the USA, which we will be visiting next year, just preparing ourselves! Oh and staff were friendly and quick with our order.

Looking for some American tucker, then look no further, you will love this place. My husband and friends enjoyed a couple of meals here recently, loved their burgers, hot dogs are pretty good, they even cater for vegans. Don't get me started on the different flavoured milk shakes and all those decadent desserts, so much delicious choice, we felt a little sick afterwards, only because we over indulged. A definite must try.
