I took my puppy here for puppy classes, both my puppy and I really enjoyed it. The teacher was friendly and informative without making you feel silly for things you didn't know or for doing things 'wrong' - she just gave you suggestions on how to train your dog. The puppies got to socialise with each other and she was good at letting them go but stepping in when things went to far.

Our familly pet had been sick for three days before we had a chance to take her to the vet but the people here were so nice and they even checked up later to see if she had made any improvement.

Sadly we had to get our beautiful dog put down but the staff here were very empithetic, the know how much pets mean to people. Service was fantastic, the staff were lovely, the price was the same as every other vet, maybe a few more dollars but the clinic is nice and comforting, it's very clean.

Dave provided the on going care our old 13 year old retriever needed until we were able to solve her incontinence problems, he never gave up on options and always allowed me time to decide the best options for our dog, he understood the financial options we had so we were able to work around these issues and with persistence we finally solved her problems and now shes a happy dog. Great service

My 14yo cat lost weight very quickly and started to go blind. Mark gave me options for my treatment and I didn't feel pressured to choose straight away. Mark and his team truly love all animals.

These guys were so helpful when our new pub had a pro-lapsed eye lid. After just losing our other dog, they were very sympathetic and made sure to reassure our kids all would be fine. They cared for our pooch very very well, and he was back to normal within a short time. They also offer very helpful puppy training and classes
