Subway at Charlestown square, was disgusting. I'm a regular customer never disappointed. Decided to share with my daughter for mother's Day. Soooo much sauce sooooo much salad. It fell apart everything fell out couldn't even taste the contents properly as soooo much sauce. It made us feel disgusting that much that we had to go home and wash it all away. It's the new staff

Just what I expect from Subway - just like all the other subways out there.

Staff a friendly enough - some are really good.

I eat here regularly (>twice per week) and have never had an issue.

Hard to rate high given its just a Subway (like all the rest).

I love Subway, but the Charlestown restaurant on the highway has continually disappointing service. The servers aren't friendly, the sandwich is always sloppy, and you leave feeling guilty for interrupting them!

I would go there more often but I see the young female employees smoking out the front all the time. Not a good look for a food business or a food chain.
