Strongguard's representative Paul was great in coordinating his staff and providing updates on when work work would commence. This included the replacement of guttering, gutterguard, some carpentry and painting. It is so much easier when you can rely on people to do what they say, when they say. I would recommend to other people, in particular women who wan to know the are getting great service and realistic pricing.

They are professional service team, quick response, well organising work plan, giving professional advice.

The service delivery was of a high quality. Technical knowledge was very good. Queries were thoroughly covered. Would highly recommend Safeguard.

It all started well, good communication and job was done in time and without a fuss. Only later, when we removed the ceiling and internal wall sheeting, we could see where the workers cut corners. To the company credit, they come back and did repaired it. However, it should not of happened in the first place.

They use good quality materials and install it well. The only problem we had was some rain in through the ceiling twice overnight when they were part-way through the job. But they took care to leave things pretty watertight over the weekend when heavy rain was expected.
