I used to shop at Merrylands stocklands a lot more, though since my daughter had a accident in the centre earlier in the year we haven't been back, while we received exceptional service from the medical centre, the customer service desk and security guards didn't make us feel at all looked after, which was disappointing.

The customer service girl at the time seemed too busy to deal with us, as a concerned mother I wanted to make sure my daughter was okay, I requested a letter to be typed out so the incident was documented just in case we had to proceed with anything more, and that was too hard, my daughter spend 2 days resting her knee due to the fall. After much request I did get the letter and the care.

It was a scary process for my daughter and I and thankfully 2 days of rest and ice did the trick.

However I do like the stores in the centre, great you can park all day.

I have been shopping at Merrrylands Stockland for about 8 years now and the fact they have free parking all day, I've been a weekly shopper!

They have a wide range of retail, specialty stores and major retail stores such as Big W, Target, Kmart, The reject shop and now the Inclusion of a 9D cinema!

I have purchased gift cards and found the girls at the Customer Service Desk to be warm and friendly and even the security guards. They were both helpful and reassuring esp since last month I had a careless driver reverse into my car inside the Centre Carpark and I was quite stressed and upset at the time!

I'm also looking forward to the upcoming renovations and expansion of the centre also!

Will continue to shop here for the fabulous shops, ease of parking and great customer service from Staff and Security Guards! Highly recommend to all!
