Always good reliable & obliging service. The car is maintained well. We are always consulted about recommended extras. Always considerate in arranging appointments & willing to amend appointments when requested. Helpful with coffee etc. Always polite & courteous. Car is always left clean.
I got a quote from Steve what a price difference, all work done was exceptionally good and very professional I would recommend anyone to him and his team. Great work and awesome service.

Not only does Steve Sorensen Mechanical offer excellent customer service and high quality servicing, but I like their waiting room! It's clean, comfortable, presentable and private. They have complimentary tea, coffee and water and a TV that I can view and hear clearly! I've been to many mechanics and have never seen one as pleasing as this! When I moved house, I was going to change to a local mechanic but Steve Sorensen Mechanical is so trustworthy that he was worth the drive. I rated value 4/5 stars because there are mechanics out there which are slightly cheaper but I don't trust their quality.

Very happy with work carried out, good communication and pleasant to deal with, I will be a repeat customer for sure, solved my cars problem promptly and saved me from spending thousands on unnecessary repairs.
