I ordered a new tv stand from these guys and it was so easy and quick. The initial phone call to see what details I needed to make sure I got the stand for my model and the second call (my fault - didn't have the second number I needed) it was ordered and done. They also do not charge your credit card until it is received by them in their warehouse and couriered to me. Only took a few days for the whole process from order to send from SA to NSW.

Didn't even know this place existed till my dad asked me to get a part from here.
But that's not to say it's unknown. There were plenty of people there when I went. People all wanting something different too! From a vaccuum cleaner to a washing machine to a vehicle part and even the mobile phone part I was there to collect.
They also do sourcing so if they don't have the part, they'll order it in for you and you can come to collect. It's an interesting business and well worth contacting if ever you're looking for a part.
