I rented my investment property via Stanton and Taylor and when my unsavory tenants vacated I carried out repairs and relisted the property with them. During a rental crisis my property remained on the market un-rented for 4 weeks as Stanton as Taylor made people complete an application before they even viewed the property. Due to my financial situation i listed with a second agent in an attempt to secure a tenant and Stanton and Taylor discarded my business. Although they made the decision to no longer deal with my property I was still made to pay the advertising fees. Damage done by the previous tenants was not listed in the outgoing report and Stanton and Taylor now refuse to represent me at tribunal. Extremely unprofessional business. I do not recommend Stanton and Taylor to landlords.

Bad experience, not recommended. - After the final inspection with tenant which was fine then they gave keys to the owner to inspection the property again with without tenant appearance and wanted to take the bond for pet control which wasn’t there at first inspection between 2 agents and tenant. - they asked to sign the bond return when tenant return the keys without the bond amount that’s against the law. - they lost the lease report - rude receptionist - the owner Michael Taylor lied that his agent was off sick for not responding to my email.

I wanted to discuss investment properties with them. I have 3 million dollars to invest as I am moving here from the UK. I was treated with such contempt by the fat man with a beard that I just walked away and went to the other agents across the road. I will not be using them. If they treat customers this badly, the rest of their performance will be just as bad.

Strata management services found to be very disappointing. The sales and rental agency is pretty much like the other local agents, of which there are many in the district, but strata management appears to be sadly lacking. Nepean area needs another competitor in this marketplace. No other strata office in Penrith means the levels of service offered by S and T are the only option locally. An alternative and genuinely professional strata manager would make quite a difference to provide a benchmark. Come on strata agents, look at establishing an office in Penrith- lots of strata business out here!

we listed our unit with them and they had an offer the first day. they have been a little slow to keep us updated but they do update us on what is happening. found a good tennant and actually screened the applicants unlike other agents so good.
