Had custom made wooden blinds - one blind was not measured correctly and was re-made three times and the pelmets on the bay window were incorrectly made several times. It took me 12 months to get complete satisfaction. It took many phonecalls and a complaint to Dept of Fair Trading. I would not recommend Spotlight to anyone.
