The pin in my frame broke and a young girl named Hannah tried her best to remove and replace it, being unable to do it she found a pair of frames that fit my lenses and put them in with no cost to me. Have used Specsavers for many years and this is the most helpful, polite girl I've come across and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back and congratulations Gladstone Specsavers on having such helpful staff.
