I went to the in 2007 and was quite happy with my glasses. I lost them a couple of months ago and have been trying to get some new ones ever since. I have had to return the glasses the made for me 4 times now as I cant read with them. It has been sooo frustrating as my job entails a lot of reading. The staff have been very helpful and apologetic up until the last time I had to return the glasses and I was told this was the last time they would re-do them! I am not being fussy - I just want to have a set of glasses I can read with. I still haven't got the last try back, and I guess I will be stuck with them even if they are no good. What a disaster!
